Before any deep discussion or material exchange, we can sign a confidentiality agreement to formally protect your idea and intellectual property.

Depending on the project, we’ll propose one of two paths: Client Development we build your app as a development service. Venture Partnership we co create the product in exchange for a small equity share. No pressure. No obligation. Just clarity.
